Palate
Fresh and lively, showcasing a pleasant acidity with flavors of zesty grapefruit, white peach, and small forest fruits. The finish is smooth, persistent, and well-balanced, making it a delightful choice for a variety of occasions.
Produced from 100% Merlot grapes sourced from the youngest vines of the estate. The grapes are softly pressed and vinified as a white wine without any additives for color correction.
Ageing
Aged in stainless steel tanks and in the bottle for approximately six months to preserve its fresh and aromatic profile.
