Aroma

Complex and powerful bouquet with notes of ripe blackberries, plums, and black currants, harmonized with sweet spices, vanilla, and hints of tobacco.

Palate

Rich and full-bodied, with a round and elegant attack. Flavors of red fruits are complemented by a touch of dark chocolate, cedar, and sweet spices. The wine offers superb persistence, finishing with a balanced spiciness and velvety tannins.

Vinification

Traditional vinification with maceration for 25–30 days in concrete vats. This meticulous process ensures the full expression of the grape varietals.

Ageing

Aged in 300-liter French oak barrels, with a maximum of 25% first-pass wood. This process enhances the wine’s complexity and balance.
