O’Port Uno is crafted from carefully selected Merlot grapes grown in our Ticino vineyards. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure high sugar levels. During fermentation, a neutral spirit is added to fortify the wine, halting the fermentation process and preserving the natural sweetness of the grapes. This method, inspired by traditional port wine production, results in a rich and flavorful dessert wine.
