Palate
Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and a smooth texture. The palate is dominated by fresh and generous fruit flavors, with a persistent aromatic return of red berries, light spices, and tobacco. The velvety tannins contribute to a refined, elegant finish.
Crafted from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the “Crespera” parcel, characterized by clay-limestone soil with a high presence of stones. The vines have an average age of 35 years. Traditional vinification is performed in concrete tanks, with maceration lasting approximately 15 days to achieve optimal flavor and aroma extraction.
Ageing
Aged in Bordeaux-style French oak barrels of second and third passage to subtly integrate the oak and highlight the freshness and character of the wine.
