2016 Riserva Ernesto (Case: 3 x 150cl)

Aroma

Complex bouquet with notes of blackberries, plums, and black currants, complemented by hints of tobacco, vanilla, and spices.

Palate

Full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins and flavors of ripe black fruit, cedar, and a touch of dark chocolate. The well-integrated oak provides a lingering, elegant finish.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged in barriques for 12–18 months, followed by bottle aging to achieve a refined and balanced profile.
