The wine is crafted exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from the renowned “La Piana” vineyard. It undergoes white vinification following a gentle pressing process to preserve its aromatic profile.
Ageing
Aged in stainless steel tanks and in the bottle for approximately 6 months to maintain its freshness and characteristic minerality.
