La bouche est s\u00e8che, rafra\u00eechissante et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, ce qui en fait un excellent vin mousseux pour accompagner un repas.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Vinification<\/summary>\n<p>Produit \u00e0 partir de 100% de raisins Merlot cultiv\u00e9s dans le vignoble \u00ab\u00a0Collina\u00a0\u00bb, o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence de quartz est tr\u00e8s importante.
