Flavors of dark fruit, spices, and earthiness dominate the palate, followed by a long and persistent spicy finish with a subtle touch of toasted oak. Ideal for long-term aging.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Wine Making<\/summary>\n<h6>Vinification<\/h6>\n<p>Crafted from a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc, sourced from our &#8220;Ronco&#8221; and &#8220;Piana&#8221; vineyards, where vines are over 35 years old. The soil is a mix of clay and limestone with moderate stoniness. Traditional vinification takes place in open steel tanks, with maceration lasting approximately 30 days and several punch-downs during fermentation.<\/p>\n<h6>Ageing<\/h6>\n<p>Aged in 300-liter French oak barrels, with a maximum of 25% first-pass wood, for nearly 24 months.
